What are your shipping rates within Ireland?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of €5.95 for all orders within Ireland, with free delivery on all orders over €75.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our shed.
Can I return fabric if it's not what I expected?
As fabric is cut to order, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend ordering a sample if you are unsure about a specific color or weight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Please contact us directly for a custom quote if you require shipping to the UK or Europe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as secure payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
Are your classes and workshops refundable?
Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but if you give us at least 7 days' notice, we are happy to transfer your booking to a future date or provide a store credit.
